The construction of Wrocław’s second skyscraper is slated for completion in the first quarter of 2027. The complex is designed to accommodate 634 apartments and amenities including a spa zone and padel courts.

Wrocław, June 2026 – In the early days of June this year, the Quorum Tower reached its full height of 137 meters. The building, developed under the Resi Capital Prestige brand by Cavatina Group, comprises 38 stories and is located at gen. Sikorskiego Street 15, in close proximity to the Oder river promenade, within the Old Town of Wrocław.
Location and Scale of the Investment
Quorum Tower stands on a plot directly adjacent to the Oder River. The Oder river promenade runs alongside the development and features over 6,000 plant installations and wooden decks over the water. The Old Market Square is approximately a 10-minute walk from the building. Nearby, there are tram and bus stops, and Wrocław Airport is accessible by car in about 22–25 minutes.
Sikorskiego Street, where the tower is situated, is characterized by limited transit traffic despite its central location. Along this same axis, there are various restaurants, cafes, and service points.
Architectural Characteristics
The building’s facade is constructed using an aluminum-glass system. A distinctive feature of the structure is its semicircular corners, which, for the corner apartments, extend the viewing angle to 180 degrees. During the design and execution phases of the common areas, materials such as Italian quartz sinter, marble, and brushed champagne gold aluminum were utilized. The architectural design and interior arrangement of the common spaces were developed entirely within the Cavatina Group studio.
Apartments on the lower floors are equipped with loggias. On the upper floors, ceiling heights reach 3.30 meters. Ventilating modules are integrated into the facade, ensuring a direct supply of fresh air to each unit – independent of the central supply and exhaust ventilation system. According to the investor, this is a solution previously implemented in Poland exclusively by Cavatina Group.

Residential Offering
The development includes 634 apartments ranging in size from 25 to nearly 164 square meters. To date, 250 units have been sold. The completion of construction is anticipated for the first quarter of 2027.
Communal Infrastructure
The building’s communal area features a two-story lobby with a 24-hour reception and concierge service. On the first floor, there is a Spa & Wellness zone spanning over 800 square meters, which includes two jacuzzis, a salt graduation tower, three types of saunas (including an infrared sauna), a cinema room seating approximately 12 people, a massage room, a yoga and pilates area, and a gym equipped with Technogym equipment.
On the seventh floor, overlooking the Oder River, padel courts have been designed as an integral part of the communal infrastructure. According to the investor, Quorum Tower is the first residential development in Poland to feature padel courts within its communal spaces. Padel is one of the fastest-growing sports in Poland in terms of player numbers. Previously, facilities with padel courts operated solely as independent sports centers or as part of recreational complexes.
On the fourth floor (podium roof), a garden with trees, shrubs, and architectural elements has been created. The building also boasts a terrace situated directly over the water.
Context – Quorum Complex
The tower is part of the broader Quorum complex, a mixed-use project being developed on the site of the former Bolta battery factory. The complex comprises five buildings (designated A–E) across a total area of 10 hectares, combining residential, office, and commercial functions. Construction commenced in stages in 2021. Four of the five buildings – Quorum D, Quorum D Phase II, Quorum A, and Quorum Apartments C – have already been handed over.
As part of the complex’s development, Cavatina Group has landscaped approximately 3.8 hectares of surrounding public spaces at its own expense, including squares, streets, and cycling paths. Upon the completion of Quorum Tower, Wrocław will have two buildings exceeding 100 meters in height. Until now, the city’s only structure of this scale was a single skyscraper located in the city center.
About the Company
Resi Capital by Cavatina is one of the fastest-growing residential developers in Poland, operating within the Cavatina Group structure. Established in 2020, the company manages a portfolio of nearly 5,300 apartments, encompassing seven completed projects, 11 projects under construction, and further ventures in the planning stage. It focuses on premium residential and apartment projects in Poland’s largest cities: Warsaw, Katowice, Łódź, Bielsko-Biała, Kraków, Poznań, and Wrocław. Its distinguishing feature is the “end-to-end” project execution model using its own resources – from land acquisition and design, through commercialization, to general contracting and finishing.
